The federally regulated NFB is excluded from provincial and territorially workers' compensation providers. Accordingly, Accident on Set protects all performers when working under ACTRA collective agreements for the NFB. Accident on Set coverage is automatically extended to all productions for all eligible ACTRA performers. No application is required.
