Although our ability to provide Accident on Set insurance program benefits requires AFBS to obtain information about Producers and productions, where an application to participate is made, AFBS is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information that was collected.
The information provided to AFBS is used solely for the management and administration of the Accident on Set insurance program. AFBS may, from time to time, request assistance from the ACTRA branch that is stewarding the production or the payroll facility contracted by the production or the insurance broker associated with the production. AFBS also shares statistical information with our reinsurers. Information which is released is strictly limited to only that which is necessary for AFBS to provide the benefits for which a production has contracted.
With respect to the Accident on Set insurance program, AFBS does not give, rent or sell information to any other individual or organization.
